NOTE—The Earlier Projection of Plinth Completion by May 22 for G+19 tower in Phase-2 for all three Type (GOLD,SIGNATURE & The ADDRESS) could not be achieved as we could not get approval for Tree Cutting (Environmental Clearance ) from Maharashtra govt .Issue is under resolution at the highest level of Maharashtra Govt Authorities . Since Monsoon is just 10-12 days away , hence the cut off Date related with 4^th Installment is now shifted to Oct 22. From safety Point of view , it is not possible  to do excavation of such magnitude during Rainy Season . All members to please have Patience and understand that we are in synch with surrounding developments. Due to Corona etc , the overall activities of infrastructure developments in and around our site including the International Airport readiness has slowed down. Amidst all constraints, not even a single rupee increase in per sq ft has been considered from the launched rates  and at the same time All members are getting 19 storey Tower instead of launched 3 storey . Hence all members are requested to plese appreciate and support

9TH INSTALLMENT CUTOOF DATE IS 30.06.2021 FOR DAFFODIL AS THE FLATS ARE READY FOR HANDING OVER ON 01/07/2021.

9th INSTALLMENT CUTOFF DATE IS 30.11.2020 FOR LOTUS(GOLD) , MARIGOLD AND TULIP (PLATINUM) AS THE FLATS ARE READY FOR HANDING OVER ON 01/12/2020 SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF ALL INSTALLMENTS, GST@ 5% ,EXTRA WORKS AND INTEREST FOR DELAYED PAYMENTS. FOR DAFFODIL THE LAST DATE IS 31.12.2020.

All  Other Members who joined late or paid their earlier installments late from the cut off dates of 1st,2nd and 3rd installments  are  advised to take advantage of neutralising their accrued +ve notional interest by paying ASAP.For example those who paid on say 28.01.2017 will now get -ve notional interest upto the next due date which is likely to be 03/01/2019(for signature ) which will neutralise their +ve notional interest if accrued.Pl note that Society does not intend to  take any interest from any member but finally if someone ends up with +ve accrued interest ,he will have to pay to Society (not Developer ) so as to give same level playing field to all members
